Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price and original shipping cost. We will also cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us immediately at reginacatonesandoval@gmail.com with photos of the defect or damage.
Non-Defective Returns For non-defective items, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Your refund will be the purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return Please contact us at reginacatonesandoval@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Include your order number and reason for return.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
