Ordering & Personalization
How does personalization work?
It's easy! On any personalizable product page, click the "Add Personalized Design" button. From there you can add custom text, upload an image, or both — depending on what's available for that product. Once submitted, our team gets to work creating your one-of-a-kind item.
What can I customize?
Personalization options vary by product. Where applicable, you may be able to add:
- Text — such as a name, date, quote, or short message (if applicable for the individual product; minimum 15 characters, character limits may vary)
- Image — upload your favorite photo or logo (if applicable for the individual product; JPG, PNG, or JPEG format; max file size 100MB)
Please check the individual product page to see which personalization options are available for that item.
Can I preview my personalized design before purchasing?
It depends on the type of personalization:
- Automated personalization (where you add text and/or upload an image directly on the product page) — Yes! You will be able to see a preview of your design before you complete your purchase.
- Manual personalization (where you send us instructions, a photo, or specific design requests) — No preview is available before production. Our team will create your item based on the instructions you provide. Please double-check all details carefully before submitting.
Will my custom text or image be added on top of the existing design?
No — your custom text and/or image will replace the existing text or image shown on the product. It will not be layered on top. If no customization is provided, the default design will be printed as shown.
What if I don't submit any personalization?
No problem! If you don't add any customization, your item will be printed with the default design shown in the product photos.
I made a typo — can I fix it after ordering?
Unfortunately, personalized items go into production quickly and cannot be corrected after submission. Please review your customization carefully before placing your order. If you have an urgent concern, contact us immediately at reginacatonesandoval@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
What image quality should I use?
For the best print results, please upload high-resolution images. Low-resolution or blurry images may result in a lower-quality print. We recommend at least 300 DPI when possible.
Products & Sizing
Are all products personalizable?
Not all products in our store offer personalization. Look for the "Add Personalized Design" button on the product page to see if customization is available for that item.
What sizes are available?
Sizes vary by product. Please refer to the size chart or product description on each individual listing for available options and dimensions. If you're unsure which size to choose, we recommend measuring your space before ordering.
How do I care for my item?
Care instructions vary by product type and are listed on each individual product page. In general, handle personalized items with care to preserve the print quality.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Because many of our items are made-to-order, please allow additional production time before shipment. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we primarily ship within the United States. Please contact us at reginacatonesandoval@gmail.com if you have questions about international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production error on our part. If your item arrives damaged or was made incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens! Please email us at reginacatonesandoval@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
